SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We generally offer shipping options with your choice of USPS or FedEx. Carrier options depend on products in your cart. Expedited shipping options are also available.
30-DAY FREE RETURNS
You can return all eligible items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery, free of charge. Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns. Please reach out to us at support@furniturepipeline.com to receive your prepaid label. In order to receive a full refund, the returned item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
REFUNDS
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, we recommend that you don't accept the delivery. Instead, tell your delivery representative and contact us so we can arrange a replacement.
If your item is damaged or defected and you have already accepted the shipment, please contact us and we will work to find the best solution possible. Please see our warranty policy for more information.
