Our Solid Paulownia Wood
Wood is a product of nature- and as such will display natural characteristics and variances that are unique to each cut of wood. These characteristics (such as knots) are an integral part of the charm and beauty of real solid wood - no two pieces are alike! This adds to the character of each piece and are not to be misinterpreted as defects. To provide the look and feel of our product we gave our furniture a distressed, reclaimed and aged finish. These finishes can vary in texture and coloration.
Shipping + Return Policy
Shipping
- Free shipping for all US domestic orders via FedEx Ground.
- All orders outside the US to Canada are shipped via UPS or USPS.
- All Expedited orders are shipped via UPS and USPS.
Returns
You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery, free of charge. In order to receive a full refund, the returned item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. Return shipping costs will apply outside the US.
However, if your item is damaged or defective, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution (please see our warranty policy for more information).
Refunds
You can choose to receive store credit for your return or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated international return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement.
